Inspection of materials

Cutting quality
Cutting is the first step of sheet metal processing. In the process of cutting, it is necessary to ensure the accuracy of cutting size. For example, for the door panel and side panel of the cabinet, the cutting dimension tolerance should be controlled within ±0.5mm to ensure the subsequent assembly accuracy.
The quality of the cutting surface is also very important. The edge after laser cutting should be smooth and burr-free. If plasma cutting is used, there may be more oxide slag and burr after cutting, which needs to be polished and cleaned to make the roughness of the cutting surface reach Ra 6.3-Ra 12.5 μ m.
Bending quality
The bending angle accuracy should be high. The bending angle tolerance of general cabinets should be controlled within 1. Attention should be paid to avoid cracks on the surface of the plate during bending. This requires a reasonable choice of the radius of the bending die according to the material and thickness of the plate. Spraying quality

If the water film does not break on the surface energy of sheet metal parts for more than 30 seconds, it shows that the oil removal effect is good.
The thickness of the sprayed paint film should be uniform, and the thickness of the paint film on the outer surface of the cabinet is generally required to be between 60 and 100 μ m. The adhesion of paint film is strong, which can be detected by cross-off test. After cross-off, the peeling area of paint film should not exceed 5%.
Electroplating quality
The electroplated layer should be bright and uniform, without missing plating and peeling. For cabinet parts that need electroplating, such as handles and locks, the thickness of electroplating layer should meet the requirements. For example, the thickness of galvanized layer is generally between 8-12μm to ensure good corrosion resistance.
